MEAL Officer - Médicos del Mundo El Salvador

In July 2025, I joined Doctors of the World as a Country MEAL Officer for a 7-month contract in El Salvador. I was responsible for monitoring indicators, consolidating data, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across multiple projects.

Alongside this experience, I took the opportunity to explore Central America : driving twice to Guatemala, and to Nicaragua through Honduras. I even renewed my regional visa with a short trip to Medellín, Colombia. These experiences strengthened my adaptability and my intercultural understanding of Latin America.

Regional Coordination Officer – HubEst France

In December 2025, I started a permanent contract (CDI) in the digital inclusion sector, coordinating regional initiatives across the Grand Est region in France. My role involves structuring projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of inclusion strategies.

At the same time, I continue to teach Mathematics and English to middle and high school students, combining my analytical skills with a strong interest in education.

International Innovation Project Officer - French Red Cross

In February 2024, I joined the International Innovation Department of the French Red Cross, contributing to the development of social and humanitarian innovation projects. I collaborated with National Societies in countries such as Kenya and Mexico, supporting the design and structuring of social entrepreneurship initiatives.

After initially starting the role in France, I proactively relocated to Mexico in June to further strengthen collaboration with the Mexican Red Cross. I continued my responsibilities remotely until September, enhancing on-the-ground coordination and deepening partnerships in an international context.

This experience allowed me to combine project management, financial structuring, and cross-cultural coordination in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Master’s Degree in International Development – Sciences Po

I graduated in February 2023 with a Master’s degree in International Relations, specializing in Development and International Cooperation. During this time, I developed strong analytical and research skills, notably through the writing of a thesis on the concomitance of economic and social development in Mexico.

Master’s in Humanitarian Management – Carter School, George Mason University

I studied Humanitarian Management at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution (George Mason University, Arlington campus).

This experience marked the beginning of my connection with Latin America: I collaborated with international peers and traveled to Mexico twice, Puerto Rico, as well as the Dominican Republic, broadening both my academic and cultural perspectives.

Humanitarian Support Officer – French Red Cross

During this 6-month fixed contract (CDD), I supported humanitarian operations for Ukraine war refugees by contributing to project coordination on the ground. I was responsible for the management of two Emergency Housing Centers and the volunteer team and staff. This experience strengthened my understanding of operational constraints and field realities in the humanitarian sector.

At Matrice, I worked on innovation-driven projects, contributing to the design and implementation of impactful initiatives such as the Hackathon Lability 2023. This role enhanced my creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

During my first year of Master’s at Kedge Business School, I developed a strong foundation in international business, strategy, and economic analysis, with a focus on global dynamics and geopolitical challenges.
